Third Thursday Group Fitness Demo Sponsored by the YMCA of Greater Michiana

10 minutes each of Zumba, WERQ, & Pound (Sticks provided) at 5:30 pm sponsored by the Niles Buchanan YMCA (GREATER MICHIANA) at The NODE. This is a demo lead by YMCA instructor, Daysha Amster. The event is free, however Third Thursday this month benefits “Be Healthy Berrien” so donations are welcome
