Virtual Conferencing Meeting Notice
Wednesday, April 7, 2021 9:00 a.m.

 

 

In accordance with Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Department of Health and Human
Services’ recommendations designed to prevent the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and
Executive order 2020-15 declaring public bodies subject to Open Meetings Act can use telephone or
video conferencing to meet and conduct business, the City of Niles Downtown Development Authority
Main Street Board of Directors will hold such a virtual meeting at 9:00a.m. Wednesday April 7, 2021 for
the purpose of conducting DDA Main Street business while complying with the Governor’s Executive
Orders related to COVID-19. For current up-to-date information about Coronavirus, go to:
