Niles DDA Main Street is seeking dynamic and diverse performers to participate in our 2025 Outdoor Performance Series at The

NODE, a vibrant open-air venue that hosts community-focused events throughout the season. We invite musicians, dancers, theater

groups, spoken word artists, and other live performers to submit proposals to be considered for our programming, which runs from June

through September. This RFP outlines the requirements and selection criteria for booking performances that reflect the energy,

creativity, and inclusivity of our audience.

We are seeking performers for various events throughout the year.

Interested acts should submit:

• Performer name and contact information

• Website or social media links with performance samples

• Genre/style of music or type of performance.

• Preferred performance fee (per event)

• Number of performers

• Equipment provided (e.g., instruments, microphones, amps)

• Whether professional sound is required

• Available dates (or note flexible availability)

• Performers must arrive on time and be performance-ready 30 minutes before start.

• All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for public community events.

• Performers are expected to promote their appearance on their own social media channels.

• Set lengths will typically be 90–120 minutes with a short break as needed.

• Access to power and stage area (where applicable) will be provided.

• Performers must comply with all local sound ordinances and event guidelines.

• If sound is required, performers must note this clearly in their application.
